Part 3:
- After all itemized accounting sheets are completed, the student will then fill out the totals on Table A.
- He/she will calculate the fractions, decimals and percents on Table B. Again, this should be done by hand, with a pencil and the use of a calculator.
- The student will make a pie chart using a protractor, by hand with pencil. He/she must include a title for the chart, labels for the categories and it should be colored.
- Also, the student must prepare a typed list of all sources used to obtain data. This should include any catalogs, newspapers, Internet sites and stores.
- Lastly, there must be physical documentation of all prices used in the project. This may include store fliers, Internet print outs, catalog pictures, empty product bags with prices, photographs of actual items and prices, receipts, etc.
